the initial service call to clean the drain was great. pre paid for them to return the next day between 9:30 and 10am. called the dispatch several times with no answer on when they would arrive. They arrived at 4:55pm and started digging the hole to put in a sewer clean-out and two holes later found it and then said they were not the crew to finish the job and no one knew when they would come out or if it would be that day. At 6pm to guys in suits driving a fancy car showed up at my house and then amazingly the other crew was called and by 8:30 my toilet could flush. But they stated the toilet they removed was not there job to put back and they did not clean up the sewer water mess they had all over the bathroom walls and toilet. Still have not received a call from corp office like requested and this is 4 business days later!!!
Pros: on time for intial service call
Cons: do not return phone calls or show up when scheduled
