This may be an isolated incident, but I doubt it. I made a right turn on a yellow forcing the ""family"" van to make a left turn on a red. The driver followed me to my destination, pulled into the parking lot behind me, got out of his van and threatened to kick my %&#. Then he told told me to go f-myself. For someone driving a van with the company's name plastered all over it to behave in this fashion is the height of idiocy.
Cons: rude drivers and rude person who answers emails.
