There were a few delays in getting the sign completed because they could not do all of it in house. They contacted us to let us know the first time, but we had to keep calling to find out if it was completed. We wanted to have the sign hung. They were going to provide hardware to hang the sign. We never received any of the hardware. We asked about them installing the sign and they never contacted us again about it. We emailed them and called numerous times to find out about getting the hardware and having the installation done. (What sign companies does a sign and doesn't install it?) We even had someone from our office go to their office and ask, and every single person there just passed the buck. "She's not here right now", "He's out of the office". We never heard anything back from them about the hardware or installation. Pros: Product Quality was great Cons: Customer No-Service was just that. more
