I received a gift cert. and went in for several spa services. Walking in the door I was immediately greeted, & had come early per their request as I was a new client & needed to fill out paperwork for the aesthetician (which they never gave me).
Pros: courteous staff, comfy, elegant atmosphere
Cons: scheduling mistake that was gracefully fixed
