The experience started out well, working with Chad, the salesperson, who assured me that they do high quality work and that they could be depended on. They showed up on time to do the measurements and when it was time to do the installation they also showed up on time. What didn't work out was that they didn't order enough tile or carpet for the job. The subcontractors for the tile had to come back another day and the subs for the carpet had to come back four times because time and time again, they didn't have enough carpet. Chad promised to refund $100 for all of the trouble - but no refund came. After speaking to Greg Long from the store, I was just told that Chad promises more than he can deliver and guess what, still no refund. I would not recommend this company. If I could rate them zero stars, I would...this review didn't allow me to do this.
