I called Magic Carpets in Brooklyn Park to come out and stretch a small area of carpet. Installers came to my home and knocked over a fairly large plant in the corner of this room. The plant had been watered, so the dirt from the plant spilled and made a 3X3ft.stain on my carpet. After that happened, the installer stopped the stretching he was doing and said that the carpet could not be stretched. Long story, short: The owner would not return my phone calls after over 10 attempts to reach him. He would not fix this problem. I finally called another carpet business and they came out and stretched the carpeting even thought Magic Carpet installer insisted the carpeting could not be stretched! All I got from Magic Carpets was poor customer service and poor work from the installers. I would never use this carpet business again.
