These folks deserve a pat on the back. I bought an old home in Sylvan with an ancient boiler system. The Zilka shop guys dug up hard-to-find parts and supplied me with them at reasonable cost, letting me keep my old system running for about 15 years longer than it had any right to. And they NEVER suggested that I should scrap my boiler and have them install new equipment...or insisted that THEY perform the repairs.
