We had a sales rep come to our house last night to get an estimate on replacing windows in our home. After a two hour presentation we finally got the price quote. Only to find out that the quote was only good if we signed on the spot. When we told the salesperson that we needed a couple of days to decide he tore up the quote and left. The bad part was up until that point we were very interested in the product. And had he not used strong arm tatics to sell the product we would probably be ordering from them. But any company that requires you to sign on the spot and refuses to give a written estimate has to be hiding something. I would really avoid this company if at all possible. We have gotten other quotes and the sales pitch was less then an hour and they left written estimates. One sales rep actually encouraged us to shop around and see what else was out there. I think we will be calling that company back to do the work!
Pros: Appeared to have a nice product.
Cons: Con artist type sales approach.
