Bought granite and sinks for our bathroom remodel. When they installed the counter top (the sink had already been installed at their shop), they were careless and did not make sure the drain, which had been disconnedted, was out of their way. When they lowered the conter top with sink into place, they hit the drain and broke it off at the wall. When we called their office, they just said that their contract says that they are not responsible for any damage to plumbing (in other words Buyer Beware). Their response was "well it's a good thing you have a plumber there to fix it". Their customer service skills could use some work.
Pros: Their granite and workmanship is good
Cons: If they damage any plumbing while installing, tough luck!
