I originally went to look for a specific wedding gown I had found online. When I presented the image to them, they said they did not have that dress but others similar. I found a dress that I liked, but wanted to make some alterations by adding a strap to the top. Several times I was told "oh, I know, I know what you want" and proceeded to make a cap sleeve. I also never received a phone call when the dress arrived. I went to try it on, and immediately noticed she started unlacing the dress. I DIDN'T ORDER IT AS A LACE UP. I decided that was a bonus to be able to wear it without alterations, but they didn't order down a size, which is customary for lace up because then the laces are more decorative. So now I have a lace up dress that is a size too big and the bust is too big also. They don't listen at all. If you are going to go, be VERY VERY clear about exactly what you want, confirm sizing and don't let them hustle you.
