The last 2 tune-up's that I had there caused more damage than good. The last time, they had installed a part wrong, that they had to subsequently fix. The most recent visit, they had broken a part while it was in their shop for a tune-up, and then charged me an additional 50 bucks, as it was "coincidence" it broke while they were servicing it. Their customer service is horrible. I suggest Mark's Power Mowers.
