I orders something like 60 bucks worth of supplies from B and B and it has taken over a month each time for my products to get to me. Not only that, I have to call to check on the status. I mean how hard is it really to let your customer know whats going. When I do talk to someone it's a run-around game of who did or didn't do what they said they would. Where did the customer service go? This is just not how to keep people coming back.
