My car was taken in for service a few weeks ago for a noise. The service advisor said they would do diagnostics to find out the problem-they found the issue, they fixed it, no problem. Yesterday, my car does not start at all and at first I think it's the battery. I call the service department and once I reach a service advisor, I ask what "diagnostics" includes?? Does it include testing the battery? He begins talking to me as if I'm a child. He states there is no way to test a battery, he's been doing this since 1985 and they just go sometimes like lightbulbs. There most certainly is a battery tester and any good one can be purchased at any auto store for $60-70! I repeated my question again asking if my battery was tested at the last service appointment or not. The advisor starts yelling at me giving me the example of my "kitchen lightbulb" going out. I politely asked to not speak to me in that tone. He then hangs up on me!! Wow, what customer service. I leave a message for the servic
