I have gone to this pet serivce for years and it took me awhile to understand how horrible this vet clinic really was. it took forever to get an appointment and I lost two pest because of their carelessness. We took my dog there when she was sick and they would not do anythig but take her temperature and a urine sample. Then the said that they would hurry to get the results but they took over two weeks because they had forgotten to send it in to the lab. My dog died shortly after. My cat had the same thing happen to her. She died four days before christmas. I had had her since i was a baby and she was the most amazing part of my world. She died and i still to this day blame them. We called to make an appontment and said it was urgent and they didnt give her one until the next week. By then she was refusing to eat and getting much worse. I showed up with her, crying like crazy, and they promptly took her away from me and said to come back at the end of the day the next day and i could pick her back up. The only thing they did for her was drain a little fluid from her lungs but did nothing to give her nutrients or medicine. They charged an obscene price for the medicine for her and nothing else. NOt even to help comfort me. It was a horrible expirence. WHen we came back to put her down in the same week, they were so cold and mean that i never wanted to go back again. HOwever, my mom told me to give them a second chance so when i got a kitten for my birthday from my boyfriend, i called to make an appointment for a check up and then asked about the coupon that the pound had given me for her first check up. They said that because i had brought previous pets there before they would not honor it!!!!!!! This was the last straw. If you love your pets and want them to live, never bring them here!!!! NEVER!!!!!! it will be the worst mistake in your life. Luckily, i still have my kitten, no thenks to them.
