We visited Masa 14 as a pre-concert meal place. The atmosphere was perfect, although the screens were not turned on (surprising with Strasburg pitching that evening and World Cup replays on-air). While most of the place was lively and open, there were a couple of sections on the left wall that provide a more cozy feel. The waiter was very attentive and on his game. He knew the menu as if it were his own. His suggestions didn't disappoint. This is very lite fare...I would suggest they bring the portions up a few bites.
