Jack : really sorry for your negative experience with my company. Let me review the facts with you so others may better understand. You contacted American Door & Glass for service at your property in Lago Vista, and where given an approximate cost over the phone . Our service representative contacted me knowing I was in the area to check out, as we have done other jobs in your complex and experienced issues with stairs, railings, balconeys and such. In looking at your project personally and having 37 years experience in the industry I have become able to spot potential problems
I asked my office to re-quote the project to you based upon the additional labor that I felt would be required to complete. You inturn told my staff I quess the increase was due to my seeing 2 decent cars in the drive, the they were told to f_ _ _ off. I after hearing this I called you to complain about the way my staff was handled, and agian told to f_ _ _ off. Trust me I was not nor am I impressed by your autos, and people that blow up on people just trying to do their job and insure profitability for there company do not deserve to be treated to such verble abuse from a potential customer. If we had indeed been awarded the job and then screwed it up, your comments might be justified if the matter was not handled to your complete satisfaction.
