Honestly, when we booked our reception my husband and I were sooooo nervous as we have never even spent this much money, but PC Events Catering did an incredible job and truly made us be able to relax even 3 weeks before when we had to make our final payments and do all of our final decisions. The owner was there which my husband liked as he was worried he wouldnt get the attention we wanted and were paying for. The food... WOW!! It was better than we imagined. I would highly recommend them, and I will tell you go for there beef carving station, it is soooo good! They are awesome!!
