Don,t bother with their grooming facility. I booked an appointment with a female groomer for Sunday afternoon and informed her I had a standard poodle. When we arrived I had to send someone to find the groomer Tony who did not have a clue...His first comment ""What are we doing today? left me feeling less than confident.I had to tell him exactly what I wanted and he still had a blank look on his face. When I asked if he had groomed a standard before he said he would ""Give it a try"". Then shoved the form at me to sign. I did not like his attitude and his next comment,""We don,t get standard poodles in Vallejo"" was enough to make me change my mind about leaving my dog there! I just have to wonder what kind of dogs he does know how to groom. To make matters worse they had a very confined space and i saw NO holding area for a large dog.
