As far as Mexican food goes, these guys do a really good job with most everything. My favorites are the chicken quesadilla and the steak fajita platter, they do a really good shrimp fajita too.
There are plenty of green peppers and onions. The green peppers were a little bit overdone for my taste. The service has always been excellent.
Pros: Reasonably priced, good portions
