These two are now split up. Colleen Tobin operates her own offices in both Red Bluff and Redding. She made a stupid mistake on my 2007 taxes, causing me to get audited. After months of her dicking around, I looked at the return and spotted the error in about 10 minutes. When I showed it to her she said, "Dang, that's confusing." Stupid, that why people use a CPA! And it wasn't so sonfusing that both I and the IRS spotted it immediately. Now add in 18 unreturned msgs to her office and counting. She should have her license revoked.
