With three little children, I could not stay at this practice. On two occasions, I showed up for a scheduled visit to find out I did not have a visit. I am very organized and this was quite frustrating. On one occasion, my reminder card actually was whited out with a totally different time on it. My husband had a bridge done, and not enough time was allowed for the gums to recede. Once placed the swelling in his gums went down and he had a gap between his teeth and gums. It has since been redone at another office, and looks great.....lots of $$ later of course.
