The doctors are great but a staff member at the front desk are not at all in the least bit professional. Most of the staff is loud, rude and they have no compassion or respect for the animals and their owners who walk in. I took my pet there to put him down because he was dying. told me I had to pay 75 dollars if I wanted to skip the line to see the doctor. And even after my pet died when I rushed him in she again emphasized that if the doctor took a look at him, it would cost $75.00. It took every muscle within my body and soul not to jump over the desk and punch her lights out. While I cried over my pet, the receptionist from hell was laughing and being loud.
