I am complimentary of their courtesy, timeliness, and assessment of the plumbing issues, but I would have preferred the least costly solution had been offered. I know that there are less costly options, and I was not offered the most affordable solution. However, I will say this: The reason I was not offered the least costly option is because Schilling would not want to guarantee the repair.

Apparently Mr. Green sought other opinions and found someone to do the job at a lower level than what we recommended. A common complaint that we hear about other companies is "why didn't they do the job right the first time?" While it may just be lack of training or experience, often times the answer is the customer was unwilling to pay to have the job done properly. Generally, we won't offer solutions that we can't warranty, however if do to your financial circumstances you just need something temporarily patched up, just let us know and we may be able to offer a less expensive repair with the understanding that this temporary repair is not recommended or warrantied.
