I just recently moved to the area and was reffered to KAS. I went to their website to check them out. I was so impressed to find that you can inquire about booking an appoinment online. It was SOOOOO EASY! I filled out the form on the website and within just a few minutes I was getting a call from the Salon. Their front desk staff is so nice and professional. The girl I spoke with told me that since I was a new client getting a chemical service a deposit was required. Now I am never one to give out my Debit Card # over the phone but the way she informed me of the salon policy was so impressive. She assured me that nothing gets charged til the day of the appointment. Anyway, I was booked with Michelle. She is AMAZING! She really listened to my concerns and then made some reccomendations of her own. In the end MY HAIR LOOKED AMAZING!!! I have never seen my hair look this good. I will be letting everyone know they should go to Kathy Adams Salon. Thank you for a Great Experience!!!!!!
