We have used Keeven Appliance several times over the last 15 years or so, to both purchase major appliances and as an appliance repair company. They had been our "go to" appliance place. We appreciated the fact they were a family owned local business. \r But as of this week, we will no longer do business with them.They are not standing behind their work.They would rather lose a customer than admit they were wrong. Before you buy from them, be advised that they do not make night-time emergency service calls. They have an answering service that only relays messages the next morning.... Keeven can not be reached at night. The next day is soon enough for them. more
