We bought a new roof from this company. During the first rain storm it leaked. Called them out. They put a tarp over our window and put up some flashing around some fake columns. They never returned. Had another leak. They made an appointment to come and view - never showed nor called. Called in November, over the course of several phone calls they finally showed up approx. 3 months later. BAD, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP!\r

We now have mold on the ceiling. They take no responsibility. Excuse oriented. First it was our windows leaking, then it was debris on our roof, then it was an old leak. \r

Everyone that I know is staying away from Sierra Roofing Systems and getting a new roof from Western Roofing Systems - 510.614.4700 with wonderful results.
