POOR customer service 5/20/2010

We ordered our pool over a month and a half ago-above ground. No installation, all we have to do is pick it up. We were told about two weeks for the pool to come in-it was a month before we received a call it was in. It's two weeks and we still have not picked up the pool because the person in charge of putting the order together and bringing it from the Bethlehem store to the Stroudsburg store has not done so. I have called and called and called and keep getting put off. I guess I will have to call my credit card and cancel the order. Oh well. There loss. It's a shame, the sales person was really nice and helpful-we thought that was an indication of the company-clearly just a good employee in the wrong company. more
