They did a decent job, but the prices were almost three times what an individually-owned business charged me to replace a broken drain pipe. They also didn't realize my home had absolutely no leach bed when they did install the pipe, but the person I ended up calling to replace the piple the next year (wouldn't have needed it if RR had checked things out) knew something was wrong, so he checked further. This is how I knew I had no leach bed. He replaced the entire system, minus the tank, for a bit over $3000, a job that RR had told me would cost $30,000-60,000 if I needed it done. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they were the only choice.
