Recent experiences at Simi Valley Hospital. The ER nurses, doctors and tech's were wonderful everytime I had to visit. However just this past May I have found the business end to be rude non caring so bad that it makes me want to go to another hospital. They really need to bring back some of the other people there that seemed to care about the patients in the business end.
