DON'T PAY UP FRONT FOR DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!! I had my first children at Cenntenial and 7 months later we get conflicting stories about "we owe money, we don't owe money, they owe us money" ARRRGGGHH! In paying upfront we were told that all and every charge was taken care of and the amount owed was total cost, apparently someone doesn't know how to do their job or they just make mistakes easily with thousands of dollars!! We should be square and they keep telling us we are not, very frustrating to say the least.\r
As far as the staff goes, the day staff in the delivery recovery ward are top notch! The night staff on the other hand leaves little to be desired and really act like they don't care about your discomfort or your needs. Also, we never seemed to get mom and dad "rest" periods as we were suppose certain times during the day, it's as if no one told the staff we weren't to be disturbed and had hot and cold running people constantly!
