I can not say enough how awesome my experience was with Firestone. Not only did they go above and beyond to fix my truck they kept in touch with me, communicating each step of the way. The manager Shelly was professional and thoughtful. Hopefully it is just an oil change that brings me back, but if it is not I know I'm in good hands.
