Without question, the worst retail experience of my life. Despite spend over $10,000 with Home Depot in the last two years of my home renovation, a manager wouldn't help me with $10.00 worth of returns. The general attitude of all of the staff I've interacted with is apathetic. The only exception is Les who worked with me on cabinets and countertops. If I need Home Depot, I drive to Steelyard, though I live in Cleveland Heights!
