Just left Dr. Adams office getting a crown replaced. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. However, Dr. Adams and his professional staff have minimized my discomfort and angst, while performing the procedure in the best way possible. I really appreciate that I was seen on time, in fact I was taken in 5 minutes early. Additionally, I was given a cost estimate when before the appointment so I knew approximately my cost ahead of time.
Dr. Adams and his staff tend to my routine dental needs also. One of the reasons that I think I look younger than my years is because my teeth are healthy and white. Thank you to Dr. Adams and his staff for helping me maintain the health of my mouth.
Other aspects of Dr. Adams office that I appreciate are: computerized records, text messaging to remind me of appointments, being a liaison to the insurance company, being available for emergencies and for always taking the time to explain procedures and updates.
