I walked into a beautiful and professional office expecting a great experience. I filled out my paper work and proceeded to answer the assistants questions. In the paper work it asked if there were any medical allergies that they should be aware of. I wrote about my allergy to dairy. I was surprised when the assistant said "" I don't think we will be injecting you with milk today. Haha"" in a condescending tone. I explained my allergies and my concern of not getting enough calcium in my diet. Oh Boy! was that an awkward 10 minuets of x-rays.
I could have forgiven an upstart assistant, but the service and pricing was the main problem. I knew I would no longer look for treatment here so I recently found a new dentist. They wanted to charge me to have my x-rays transferred to the new dentist. Now that he has them he informed me the x-rays don't even contain the roots of my teeth, and will have to be taken again.
If your more concerned about atmosphere than the quality of dental care this place is for you.
