I've been to Hayward MM several times after seeing their full page ad in the Chron. It's hard to find ortho supply places w/good selections of cushions and ADL devices. I ibought an over the bed table for my mom, seat wedges, ADL devices and shoe inserts. I'm an occupational therapist and have shopped these places over my 30 years career in the Bay Area. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable. I've been recommending it to all my clients.
