The Customer Service is lacking at this store- and I have no intentions of ever walking in there or purchasing anything from them ever again. And I will be happy to tell this to all of my friends as well. I had purchased a Chamilia bracelet and charms for my mom. The next 2 times I went/called them was a complete disappointment. I went there shortly after I purchased the bracelet for more charms- I mentioned how I had bought it from them (just a couple months prior) and the owner brushed me off and said he didn't remember me "that they have so many customers" coming in and out. I was a little taken back- and certainly did not feel like a valued customer, to say the least. I just got off the phone with them 2 hours ago- and asked if they could let me know if they had a charm in stock. The owner's response was- "I do not have time to check -I have a store full of people- you'll need to come down and look for yourself." Didn't ask if he could call me back, or take my name, etc. I promptly
