We called Glass Doctor along with some other glass repair companies to replace one pane in our patio door that was shattered by a flying rock. Glass Doctor (though still kind of expensive) gave us a quote that was significantly lower than the other companies we called. The glass was replaced within a week, the repairman was extremely polite and friendly, and the actual work only took 20 minutes! Best of all, the final charge was exactly as quoted.
