Insurance is a sticky business, and if you are like me I hate change. I was with Farmers for years till my agent sold his business. Reluctantly I called Tracy who was a friend and asked her to take over my insurance. The roll over was flawless and other than signing a few papers it was seamless. I trade cars all the time, and I wanted an agent who I called with the VIN number could insure the new and delete the old, and her crew did it effortlessly. Recently going thru changes in life I missed my insurance payment and got pulled over. No fault of Traci, she and her people called me many times to remind me. When I called to reinstate my policy I spoke to Jen (Jenny) McAtee -- she was so great and recreated and empathized with me and got the work done fast.
