I was told that if the mattress was defective I could return for a 200 dollar re-stocking fee. I contacted them just after the 90 day warranty, was referred to the customer service center. They would not send anyone out without seeing digital pictures. I didn't have a camera so took a few weeks. Got the pics to them and they never responded. CALLED AGAIN. Yes, I qualify for a new box spring since there is a nail protruding and tearing a hole in the mattress. No, even though the mattress already has a crater in the middle . . . they can't see it on the photo. Sit N Sleep is dishonest and sells inferior products.
