I've been going here for 11 years now and it's still as great as the very first time I went. I no longer live in Lubbock, but every time I visit, going to Caprock is a must! The queso is sooo good (with beef), the schooners of beers are one of the coldest in town, and the twisted taters are addicting! I always order the Texas Philley... they add queso and jalapenos to it - YUM!!
