The last time I used Hafner I was so impressed, I posted a five star review (faster than a pizza delivery). How things have changed! Called to order was told three days for delivery, morning of delivery I get a call from Hafner "we are out of the product that you ordered, but we can send another product for $80.00 more."\r
Not only did I not take the up-charged material, I lost three days waiting for delivery!
