I bought Lincoln Navigator for 35k plus. On third day I went back, as the SUV had horrible tobacco smell specially if you keep windows closed for some time. This was not very apparent on the first day when I purchased the vehicle. I waited for an hour only to be told to come back after couple of hours again. I went back and waited for an hour again to talk with the General Manager but nobody came to speak with me. The behavior of all the staff was very degrading. \r
SO THEY ARE ALL VERY NICE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE NOT SIGNED THE PURCHASE. But after that forget it.\r
I got additional service warranty but don't expect they will repair anything easily if I have to have some.
