He was trying to talk above me & talk in circles with the eye tests so that i could sign on for additional services when all i wanted were contacts. He tried to push his contact brand on me & i said i'd try it but i wanted the specific brand i had before as well. Neither worked for me so i wanted an appointment to go back in for a third brand, but his receptionist was very unprofessional & ended up not giving me an appt. I went in for a third brand (without seeing the Dr) & I told the receptionist i needed to see him b/c i needed my prescription changed & she was like a parrot ""this is the prescription he gave you"" over & over (like i was an idiot & didn't understand). She was very rude so i just took whatever lens he had given me (bad prescription) until I went back for the final fit. This time the DR was very quick (& still TRYING to talk down to me). I think he wanted me gone because he gave me various brand prescriptions & let me figure out which ones would work. (This was after the first visit where he told me he'd love for me to try as many contact brands so that they would be best). He changed his tune real quick! Go to Costco! It's cheaper (even if you have insurance) & great customer service! Don't waste your time on this place!!
