Unprofessional, unacceptable service 5/19/2010

After the tenants next door displayed violence and a lack of common courtesy for the neighborhood and us, we decided to take action and get the owner involved (trying to speak with the neighbors didn't go well on their part). The owner asked us to contact SLPM since they pay money to have this home managed by SLPM who also influenced the tenant selection. The result: -- 10 months of no results after persistent action on our part -- no callbacks/follow-ups; only when we push with certified letters do we get responses BUT NO ACTION. -- responses are highly questionable (from ethical standpoint) and undermine our genuine concerns and requests for assistance We have provided police reports, photographs and detailed letters of all issues and still nothing has been done; the poor behavior continues. Sadly, as these problems continue we'll have no choice but to take legal action against the homeowner due to the lack of action by SLPM. We already contacted the Better Business Bureau but as a third party, our complaint cannot be addressed. Cons: no callbacks/follow-ups; no results; highly unprofessional more
