Unless you're pretty knowledgeable about your car, and about how much the service should cost, I would stay FAR away. I am a loyal goodyear customer. I've been to Gemini stations in Austin, Dallas, and Spring TX with a number of different vehicles. I've had fantastic luck -- honest people, good work. This was a major exception. First, I received a quote for a 30k mile check up on my car from my dealership and from another location, when I got there Steve sized me up, and explained that it would take ""at least one hour of labor"" and gave me an estimate HIGHER than my dealership?! Plus he was rude and curt the entire time. I explained that I'd go ahead and pass on the 30k mile check up because it seemed a little pricey. From there he tried to bully me into it! Finally, I dropped my car off around 11 am. He said it would take at least 1.5 hours (for an oil change?!) so I said I'd come back for it when it was finished and gave him my phone number. 30 minutes before they closed (I didn't know their Saturday hours), and asked if I had any plans to pick up my car today. His tone was rude, and said I better hurry up because they were going to close. I apologized saying I must have missed the earlier call, he said I never asked for a call so they didn't call. All in all, it was a stressful, and unpleasant oil change that didn't have to be. Steve has absolutely no interest in customer service, I will never go back. I felt like Steve was dishonest and not to mention rude. Pros: work was completed, for the estimated price Cons: worst goodyear/gemini experience ever more
