We pay a thousand dollars a month for a tiny two bedroom one bath apartment. While the area is nice and located by the lake, shortly after moving in we realized how little space we actually had, and that someone could get a house for the same price (and actually have some privacy) Additionally, the front office decided to tow our vehicle because our tabs had been expired for only two months, and did not give us proper notification. The property manager did not care or express any desire to help us. We barely paid our rent because we had to expense $350 to get our vehicle out of impound, plus additional late fees because we could not pay rent on time. Do yourself a big favor and look around, you can find a much bigger quieter place, with a friendlier staff, for the same money.
