Bought a pulse ox for my elderly aunt's use., approximately 180.00. Battery died in a few months, went back to find the right battery for this device. They had no clue ""what this battery type is"" and made no attempt to order or locate one for me. ""maybe go to radio shack"". I eventually bought on-line. They have no trouble selling u items but forget it after the sale. They were extremely unconcerned about the fact that I had bought this device at their business. They lost my business, I will never go there again.\r
Cons: dont understand customer service and could care less
