I am from out of town so I was reading through The Vineyard Inn's Wine Tours on their website and then called to inquire about the rates and dates. The Lady on the phone was SO RUDE the entire time!! She kept repeating to me that she only does tours on Saturdays unless it is chartered. I had simply said that they might want to update their Website because according to their website they offer the scheduled tours Sunday through Friday as well. Then she hung up on me! I cannot believe that she would be so rude to a potential customer who wants to bring in 5-8 people for a full day tour and possibly lodging. Will NOT be giving them our business. ever. Don't even bother calling them!?
Pros: At least I didn't stay there
Cons: Rude customer service!
