I have had wonderful service at the Petsmart Pet Hotel. I can truly say that they love the pets that enter there facility. The employees seem to know the dogs better then they do the owners, which is a plus in my book because it shows that they take an interest in each dog at the hotel. My only complaint is that at times it appears that there is not enough staff working, maybe Petsmart should open up the purse strings and hire more people.\r

I also have to give a shout out to the front desk people who greet my pet with a smile and make a fuss over her each time. My pet comes home happy, and that makes me happy
