My Dog had surgery for an Severely infected Abcess tooth. No where in my Vets Diagnosis, or surgery bill did it indicated :"Periodontal Disease"..or "Gingivitis"
Even so, PetsBest has DECLINED MY CLAIM. Saying it as "PERIODONTAL DISEASE" This is not the case, she was never diagnosed with it, and she is only 6 years old. I am extremely disheartened by this and will continue to fight it. Should some resolution and, and at the very least a "re-evaluation" of the claim opened, I will not stay with PetsBest and will find a different provider. I have referred many family members to PetsBest, and will be letting them know as well about this situation and to hold off on signing up just yet. They all have new puppies, and can wait a while if need be
